This isn’t the first time that Shana Hiatt has been punted from a Poker Show. Shana was on the host for the first 3 World Poker Tours, when people actually watched the WPT. In 2005, the WPT gave her a foam finger and hired Courtney Friel. Hiatt hosted the first two seasons of NBC’s Poker After Dark and is now being replaced by Argentina babe Marianela Pereyra.

Marianela Pereyra (pic on the left) moved to the United States when she was five and was discovered for being a great dancer. One thing lead to another and she was discovered and started working for MHz shows. This 27 year old poker babe will be hosting season 3 of Poker After Dark which begins Monday, December 30th. This isn’t her first poker tv experience. Marianela worked for the 07′ World Series of Poker PPV on ESPN.

As if conquering MySpace, creating an online poker site (Tilapoker.com), getting naked for photoshoots, and releasing crappy music wasn’t enough, Tila Tequila has found a new way to put her face (among other parts) where you can see it!

As you may have already heard, MTV has a new reality show starring Tila called “A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila”. While at first glance, this sounds like a lame version of the Bachelorette, there is actually more to this than just some chick making guys dance like puppets who are trying to earn a rose. Tila is obviously the girl that 16 dumbass guys are to gain the affection of, but here’s the kicker: There are also 16 girls attempting the same thing!

While you’ve probably already had wet dreams fantasizing about Tila partaking in lesbian activities, settle yourself down. Keep in mind, this is MTV, and lewdness is no doubt being kept far below an R rating. We’d like to be able to update you on how the show (which just aired episode 5) is unfolding, but we just can’t bring ourselves to watch this nonsense, regardless of how hot the bisexual Tila or the 16 muff munchers are. At least her pictures don’t require the pushing of the mute button.

The incredibly hot blond Sabina Gadecki was let go before Season VI of the World Poker Tour began, only to be placed by new hottie, Layla Kayleigh. Sabina only lasted one season with the WPT and was let go for ‘not fitting in’ Hey Sabina, if you are looking for a low playing job we would be more then happy to hire you The WPT seems to be very picky with their choice of ladies, maybe they got going on what Bob Barker had with the Barker Beauties on the Price is Right.

After hiring Layla Kayleigh she became the forth World Poker Tour Babe. She has been doing a great job of living up to the Shana Hiatt expectation. Shana is the smoking hot girl next door that even appeared in Playboy Magazine. She has been highly missed by many WPT fans and there were a lot of complaints when they let Shana go. So what is Sabina Gadecki doing now after getting the boot from the WPT boys? Well according to the video below she is working out for youtube videos with Bryan Winston. We even checked out Sabina’s blog to only be disappointed. However, there can be good news coming out of this, since her career is falling faster then the Maimi Dolphins record, she is more likely to enter the porn industry. Betfair poker and casino has announced that its annual revenues increase 30% up to £182 million this past year. The new success has be associated with the re-launch of the poker room, which was originally on the Cryptologic network and the awesome new online casino. As of October 1st Betfair claimed they have over 1 million registered members and 443,300 active players.

Although, there have been some relation to new sign ups and hiring Annette Obrestad, 2007 WSOP Europe Main Event Champ, as a spokes model. Who would of thought players would be more impressed with a site, sponsoring a young prodigy rather then a super model. Other girls that are spokes models for poker sites are: Tina Wallman (Carbon Poker), Joanna Krupa (Former Titan Poker Babe) Tila Tequila (Tila Poker).

Anyways, Annette is a damn good poker player and Betfair is a solid poker room.

Numerous sources have stated that Pamela Anderson is at it again. Never one to shy away from the spotlight, the Canadian bombshell has involved herself in the true underbelly of the poker world. During a recent appearance on “Ellen”, she admitted to having a relationship of sorts with a professional poker player.

Says Pam: “I was playing poker one night in my room and I was down about $250,000. He said if I made out with him I could clear the debt thing. So I ended up paying off my poker debt. And then I fell in love and now we’re engaged.”

Speculation across the internet has been running rampant on who this lucky (?) poker pro might be, with guesses ranging from “The Magician” Antonio Esfandiari all the way to Paris Hilton co-star Rick Soloman (the guy screwing Hilton in that porn you probably already downloaded).

We at BabesInPoker have never understood why some of the population calls Pammy a whore. I mean, she only “made out” with him, right? Well….made out with him for money…..with some people even calling her debt payment “sexual favors”, which leads us to believe that kissing wasn’t the only thing involved. Who clears a debt of a quarter million dollars with kisses?

You’d think Pam would have learned her lesson in staying out of the poker spotlight. As you may have heard, she at one point had her own online poker room affiliated with Doyle Brunson’s room called PamelaPoker.com, which has recently gone…..bust (would “tits up” have been a better pun?). During a roast of Doyle, she had been insulted numerous times with cracks about how she does a better job playing under the table than at it which led to her storming out. While that story provided a temporary spike in traffic at her room, it couldn’t avoid the inevitable demise of PamelaPoker.com. Much like her inevitable public admission of her working girl prices.

We had to figure it was only a matter of time. Someone is using quasi-fame in an attempt to capitalize on the overwhelming popularity of online poker. MySpace “diva” Tila Tequila has launched TilaPoker.com, which is hellbent on taking advantage of the nearly two million shlubs who have asked to be Tila’s “friend” on MySpace.

This really shouldn’t come as a surprise anyone, as she’s already used her MySpace dominance to release singles, grace the covers of magazines, and try various other grasps at mainstream fame. While this may seem to some like somewhat of a site destined for failure, it does have one thing going for it: Playtech. Playtech, which is often referred to as iPoker, will be the host network which already is home to high profile poker rooms Tony G Poker, and Titan Poker. This should do wonders in providing Tequila’s poker site (and sister site TilaCasino.com) with some element of legitimacy, but if you’re anything like us, you can still find one major flaw in this whole idea.

Yes, Tequila has more friends than anyone else on the MySpace network, but judging by who these friends might be, We’re not sure this will translate into a major following in the online poker world. You see, it’s hard for us to believe that the majority of the near two million friends she has on MySpace are not underage teenage boys, ravaged by the hypnosis that comes with the spike in hormones that seeing a scantily clad female provides. Call me a skeptic, but we just don’t see this endeavor taking the poker world by storm. Perhaps in five years, when all the Tila lovers are of legal age and send tilapoker.com’s traffic through the roof we’ll be proven wrong. Until then.

The World Poker Tour is doing a great job with hiring hot chicks to present their product and doing what spokes models are suppose to do. I think its pretty self-explanatory how good the WPT guys are at finding chicks with the video below. Looks like there is a cat fight going on between Brandi Hawbaker and Chantel McNutly. Recently Brandi has posted on the 2+2 forums and saying some pretty harsh words to Chantel. There has always been a little bad blood between these two girls. Chantel had a few things to say about Brandi when we interviewed her. But she advised us remove a few parts of it due to Chantel’s own safety. She was worried that Brandi would stab her in the back, apparently she is that crazy.
